Who we are

This website is operated by RouteMon.ai, 209, Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RouteMon.ai is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

When you submit the contact or demo request form, we collect:

• Your full name, business email address, company, job title, and country.
• Your area of interest and the message you write.
• Which form you used, and whether you agreed to receive marketing updates.
• Basic campaign information: the UTM parameters of the link you arrived from, the domain of the referring website, and the first page you visited on this site.

Security and abuse prevention

To protect the form from abuse, we derive one-way keyed hashes of your IP address and email address and use them to apply short-lived rate limits. We do not store your IP address. We do not ask for, and you should not include, passwords, customer network data, or other confidential information in your message.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and, if you request one, to arrange and prepare a demo (legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries).
• To send occasional product updates and event invitations, only if you opt in (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To understand which campaigns bring enquiries, using the campaign information above (legitimate interests).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

International transfers

RouteMon.ai is based in the United Arab Emirates. This website is hosted by Vercel in the United States (Washington, D.C. region, iad1) under Vercel's standard terms of service. The service providers that store form submissions and apply rate limits process that data in the United States, and our team accesses it from the United Arab Emirates.

Where personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to the providers that store form submissions and apply rate limits, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which each of those providers includes in its data processing agreement, as adapted by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for UK data and by the Swiss amendments for Swiss data. Where a provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, that certification provides an additional basis for the transfer.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for 12 months from the date you submit them and are then deleted automatically. Rate-limit counters expire within 24 hours. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@routemon.ai. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not currently set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest revision below.
